🏭 Industry Contribution Process (Call for Industry)

We invite industry professionals to contribute to GSM 2026. Please follow the submission procedure and conditions outlined below:

📄 Submission Procedure

1. Upload your one-page abstract  >HERE<  by 30 November 2025. 
   Timely submission secures your eligibility for speaking opportunities and promotional visibility. 
   - You must first login or sign up to submit.
   - All templates are provided below.
    
2. Notification of acceptance for an invited speech will be sent by March 2026 (latest).
    
3. Complete registration by 31 May 2026.
    
4. If presenting, please submit your PowerPoint presentation slides no later than 27 June 2026 (2 days before the event). For more details, please see “PowerPoint Presentation upload instructions” below.

🎤 Invited Speakers Conditions

• Presentation Duration: 20 minutes (for invited speakers only)
  • - Please don't forget to include a short CV (less than 400 characters) within the abstract template. This will be used by the conference evaluators & session chairs.
     
• Content Guidelines: Please avoid marketing language or promotional pitches. Focus on delivering a content-rich presentation that highlights breakthroughs, showcases innovation, shares informed perspectives, and fosters collaboration.
   
• Advertising Option: A separate 10-minute advertising slot is available for purchase, along with other promotional opportunities. For example: a poster, flyer, logo on event break slide, logo in proceedings, exhibition booth/table, workshop tutorials, product introduction, and more. Whether or not you are selected as an invited speaker, you may choose from our advertising package options. Invited speakers are also welcome to enhance their visibility through these offerings:

🎓 Academic Contribution Process (Call for Papers)

We invite scholars, researchers, and academic professionals to contribute to 
GSM 2026. Please follow the submission procedure and conditions outlined below:

📄 Submission Procedure

1. Upload your ½ to 1-page abstract  >HERE<  by 30 November 2025. 
   Timely submission secures your eligibility for presentation and inclusion in the academic program.
   - You must first log in or sign up to submit.
   - All templates are provided below.
    
2. Notification of acceptance will be sent by March 2026 (latest).
   - Acceptance requires submission of a full paper (4-10 pages) 
      by 12 May 2026.
   - Complete registration and pay applicable fees by 31 May.
   - These are mandatory conditions for publication with a DOI or inclusion in the 
      Special Issue.
   - Contributions under 4 pages are accepted, but will not be published.
    
3. If presenting, please submit your PowerPoint presentation slides no later than 27 June 2026 (2 days before the event). For more details, please see “PowerPoint Presentation upload instructions” below.
    
    

📌Conference Participation Requirements

Conference Registration Required. All presenting authors must register for the conference and pay the applicable registration fee. Presenters who fail to complete registration by 31 May will forfeit their oral presentation slot.

Cancellation Policy & Financial Support. Presenters who do not attend without providing timely cancellation will be subject to penalties. While GSM is unable to offer direct financial support, please refer to the fees section for details on early registration benefits, available rebates, and support options.
