Christoph is a full professor for product innovation at HSLU and chairman of Institute for Innovation & Technology Management. He is engaged in research projects focusing on power economic studies for demand side management, sector coupling, storage, and data spaces. After working as Director of R&D and Director of Product Management in the power and operational communication industry, he joined 2012 HSLU. Christoph is Co-Inventor and Chair of GSM, where he brings in his more than 20 years of industrial experience in Energy, Powerline Communications PLC, Communications & IT. His R&D activities range from techno-economic optimization in the energy sector, market analyses to the manifold benefits of efficiency measures. Involved in several national and international projects, he deals with new sustainable technologies such as the mobilization of decentralized flexibility or the market introduction of P2G technologies.
